Temescal Arts Community (TACo) is a group of local artists volunteering to serve the broader Art Community. Our mission is to cultivate a vibrant, inclusive Community that celebrates artistic expression, culture, and connection.

Our goal is to gather and support

  • Local Artists of Temescal (& the East Bay)

  • Partner with businesses that support local artists

  • Foster community with those who appreciate art

  • To make Temescal a “Go To” destination for the Arts

Recent Achievements:

  • The TACo Community includes 350+ artists

  • Holiday Art Fairs and art showcases in local businesses

  • Pop-up group Art Shows (incl. an installation at MacArthur Commons)

  • Meet & Greet Events- networking and social meet ups

  • Workshops for creative and professional skills 

  • Connecting Artists with creative events
